Shipping policy

All orders within the United States ship for the following rates:

$0.00 - $99.99	$7.95
$100.00+	FREE

Unfortunately at this time we cannot deliver orders outside of the United States.

We ship primarily via USPS but this may vary depending on the items ordered and delivery location. Orders to PO Boxes and US military or diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, etc) can only be shipped via USPS.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (except for holidays) typically within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but are typically within 7-10 business days.

Rose & Spool is not responsible for the customer providing an incorrect address. Packages that are returned to Rose & Spool due to delivery refusal or an incorrect address will be charged either an additional shipping fee for redelivery or a restocking fee of 20%.
